VFA-137 “Kestrels” is a United States Navy squadron established on July 2, 1985. Based at Naval Air Station Lemoore, California, the squadron operates the F/A-18E Super Hornet.  Over the years, VFA-137 has deployed aboard multiple aircraft carriers, including the USS Nimitz (CVN-68), USS Carl Vinson (CVN-70), and USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN-72), taking part in operations worldwide.
